Promise Land Ranch — Mike and Cathy Stoltey in Plummer, Idaho — represents generations of Simmental and SimAngus refinement. Calves are raised on the home place, then shipped to Montana after weaning where they're developed alongside the rest of the Big Sky lineup at Veltkamp Bull Development. PLR Idealistic 183C, purchased by Slayton Farms and marketed by AGR, is a recent highlight of the program.
